    Joint development of a timetable to implement the defined measures; on-site consultation sessions on a monthly, bimonthly or quarterly basis in the form of all-day appointments; progress control.

    During the course of our monthly on-site consultation sessions, our consultants will assist and support you with any help or advice you may need as regards both strategic questions and practical implementation. We will carry out staff training sessions with a high degree of professional skill and will design your marketing and sales strategy and produce a controlling report. Alternatively you can book a one-day workshop to bring fresh and innovative ideas into your hotel.

  • Product: We develop new concepts, offers and services. We also suggest attractive package deals.
  • Communication and Advertising: Zarges von Freyberg Hotel Consulting will make your hotel into a brand through the development and implementation of integrative communications strategies. This means that we will rejuvenate and optimise your external presentation with a new corporate identity as well as new advertising material and campaigns (e.g. direct mailing). We will define and arrange trade fair presentations, recommend cross-marketing activities and select suitable partners. We will make suggestions for additional booking platforms, internet portals and cooperation with (additional) tour operators, organise events for you, carry out sales activities and accompany you during entry into a hotel cooperation. Furthermore, we will implement holistic online marketing measures for you.

  • Interior Design and Decoration: We will develop new furnishing and decoration concepts for your hotel and optimise ambience and atmosphere with new ideas for decoration or re-arrangement of furniture.
