Stephanie zarges-vogel

Stephanie Zarges-Vogel is managing partner of Zarges von Freyberg Hotel Consulting and partner of Online Birds – The Hotel Marketing Company. She grew up in the hotel industry through her family’s Hotel Thurnher’s Alpenhof in Zürs am Arlberg, one of the eight “The Leading Hotels of the World” in Austria. She studied hospitality management and communication in London, Paris and Pforzheim. She was able to expand her operational know-how at The Connaught Hotel in London and at Sabine van Ommen PR in Berlin.

Before founding Zarges von Freyberg Hotel Consulting in 2008, she worked for several years at Treugast Solutions Group as a senior consultant, head of corporate communications and managing director of the Gütesiegel 50plus Hotels Deutschland, among other positions.

Since June 2022, Stephanie Zarges-Vogel has been a member of the supervisory board of the Weissenhäuser Strand holiday park on the Baltic Sea. In addition, she holds a lectureship in the Master’s programme Hospitality Management at the University of Applied Sciences Munich. She is also a jury member in various expert committees, such as for Geo Saison “The 100 Most Beautiful Hotels in Europe” February 2022 or for the award “101 NEXT GEN Hotelier of the Year”, and a member of the working group hotel real estate.
