& Viability Review
& Viability Review
How viable is the new project? As an investor in a hotel project the main focus lies on information about the expected leasing income. It is the only way to assess the profitability and sustainability of a possible investment. For this reason Zarges von Freyberg Hotel Consulting offers a comprehensive viability review and determination of the lease value within the framework of the consultancy services for new hotel developments.
Procedure for the determination of lease value & viability review
- Determination of the income to be expected on the basis of a price policy appropriate to the market and the target group
- Determination of the costs structure for individual cost positions with the help of benchmark and experience values (e.g. cost of goods, maintenance) as well as detailed specification of costs (e.g. staff planning)
- Prediction of the maximum rental that could be paid for the future hotel as well as the Return on Investment (ROI)
Upon request we shall thereafter be pleased to support you in the search for an operator for your future hotel.
